1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using WorkerLaunch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Platform description
WorkerLaunch is a marketplace that connects skilled workers with contractors hiring for industrial and construction projects. We do not employ workers and are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform.
3. Worker accounts
Workers must provide accurate profile information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your trade, skills, certifications, and availability. WorkerLaunch does not verify worker credentials unless explicitly stated, and does not represent workers as certified or available unless that information has been established.
4. Employer accounts
Employers must provide accurate company information and may be subject to verification. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job listings, including pay, per diem, schedule, and requirements. WorkerLaunch may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Compensation estimates
Estimated weekly compensation figures are calculated from disclosed pay and schedule information and are estimates only. Per diem is shown separately and is not guaranteed or implied to be tax-free. Actual compensation depends on hours worked, eligibility, and individual tax status.
6. Data & privacy
Worker contact details are not shared with employers without appropriate permission. Use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Recruiting SMS messages require separate opt-in and are not active until a compliant provider is configured.
7. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the platform, including submitting false information, scraping data, contacting workers outside permitted channels, or attempting to bypass access controls. WorkerLaunch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
8. No guarantee
WorkerLaunch does not guarantee job placement, candidate availability, or hiring outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
