Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026 · This document is provided for legal review and is not yet final.
Overview
WorkerLaunch connects skilled workers with contractors hiring for industrial and construction projects. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how it is used. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone, and password credentials.
- Worker profile data: trade, skills, certifications, experience, location, pay preferences, availability, and documents you choose to upload.
- Employer data: company information, contact details, and job listings you publish.
- Activity data: jobs you save, express interest in, and alerts you configure.
How we use your information
- To match workers with relevant job opportunities.
- To allow contractors to review interested, opted-in worker leads.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
- To communicate with you about your account and opportunities — including recruiting text messages, only if you have separately opted in.
Worker data is protected by design
Worker contact details are not exposed to employers without appropriate permission. Employers see trade and interest status only until a worker chooses to share more. We do not represent workers as certified, verified, or available unless that information has actually been established.
SMS recruiting consent
Recruiting text messages require your separate, explicit opt-in. We record the details of your consent, support STOP opt-out replies, and provide notification preferences. No automated recruiting messages are sent until a compliant SMS provider, consent workflow, and messaging registration have been configured and tested.
Data retention & deletion
You may edit or delete your profile data at any time. Uploaded credentials and resumes are stored privately. Contact us to request full account deletion.
